Structure

In the UGLA system, you can create any number of trademarks, legal profiles, legal entities and divisions by combining them into a holding. You can customize the Accounting Policy for each legal entity and create any number of offices and warehouses with operating modes

Warehouses

The ability to customize any storage system for goods and inventory and appoint those responsible for each link. When accepting invoices, the system will offer storage locations for all accepted goods.

Commerce

All orders and movements of goods/inventory between locations (offices, warehouses, facilities). Work with balances - this module will solve the problem of taking an inventory, regardless of the number of warehouses in the company, and will also signal a shortage or excess of actually available goods and inventory. The module also performs depreciation according to generally accepted standards and methods.

HRM

Organization of a full cycle of work with personnel (not only search, but also adaptation, training and timely information on updating job descriptions). You can create any number of employees. HRM has: Automatic job requests that are created based on the needs of the company. It is possible to send a public link with a form for the candidate to fill in their information, which is automatically added to your resume database.

Projects

For the construction industry, UGLA provides control over the entire project lifecycle. Our system utilizes ESTIMATED NORMS OF UKRAINE with all resource norms. Additionally, each company can create its own pricing for works that correspond to its economic activities and based on successfully completed projects. There is an option to combine any number of projects into one OBJECT and see in one window the overall data on cost, commercial proposals, Gantt chart (planned and actual schedule of work), contracts and acts, as well as overall profitability, forecasted income, and other aggregated indicators for all projects.

Tokens

When searching for suppliers and contractors, it is possible to update prices from price lists using a token (link message). This feature allows you to quickly respond to price fluctuations and availability of goods in suppliers' warehouses.

Employees

On the Employees tab, you can generate a payroll based on the cost of work. It is possible to compare planned and actual volumes, as well as the cost of work. Finance is the final tab that allows you to control all financial transactions related to a given project. It is possible to view the expected, planned, and realized P&L.
This way, we can see the full cycle of the project, starting with the creation, implementation, and final performance, and we can compare how well we calculated the estimate. Based on this analysis, we can create a new project taking into account all the actual data and avoid previous mistakes.

Real estate module

Created for developers who build residential complexes for sale or rent. The module contains general information about the complex: who is the developer, the completion date. In the buildings, you can see a register of all apartments: types of premises, cost, location, plan, status, etc. The apartment plan schematically displays all apartments with location, prices, and statuses, which is convenient for selling or renting all apartments.
